• All service packages expire 1 year from the purchase date.

• Services must be completed within this time frame.

• Notifications of expiration may or may not be provided.

• The salon is not liable for accidents, side effects, or dissatisfaction with service results.

• Reactions to procedures (threading, waxing, extractions, eyelashes, etc.) may vary. Some are normal, others require caution and prior research. Clients accept full responsibility.

• Slip-and-fall or other accidents on premises are at the client’s own risk.

📝 Client Responsibilities

• Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup before any treatment.

• Clients must undergo a trial or patch test before certain services (eyebrow tinting, extractions, lashes, henna, etc.).

• Clients must be fully aware of risks before procedures.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Staff & Promotions

• Staff assignments may change at any time.

• Promotions, discounts, and offers are at the discretion of the business and may be paused or ended without notice.

🔐 Information & Confidentiality

• Client information is collected through QueueBee and stored securely.

• The salon follows confidentiality standards, but cannot be held liable in the event of system errors or hacking.

• Information may be used for communication (text, calls, email, AI agent) including marketing and reminders.

🚫 Behavior & Conduct

• Fake reviews will not be entertained.

• The salon reserves the right to deny service to any client.

• Gossip, negative language, or inappropriate conduct in the salon will not be tolerated.

💳 Payments

• Payments must be completed as agreed.

• Non-payment may result in legal action and police involvement.

📞 AI & Recordings

• Calls may be handled by our AI receptionist and may be recorded for training and quality purposes.

• Photos of services may be taken for documentation or social media use. The salon is not liable for misuse beyond our control.

🎥 Surveillance

• The premises are under 24/7 security camera surveillance for safety.
